About us
We improve the mental health and wellbeing outcomes of local children and young people
We're a not-for-profit Community Interest Company which provides Creative Counselling and Play Therapy for children and young people aged 3-19 years, as well as family, infant and sibling support.
We provide sessions to local families, and offer fully-funded or low cost sessions for families who are on low incomes or benefits, and living in social housing.
We also offer a wide range of services and products which foster and enable good mental health and emotional wellbeing.

What we offer
Our work is person-centred and child-led - each child and young person is at the heart of all that we do
We personalise our work so that it is responsive to an individual's therapeutic needs, and provide creative counselling and play therapy as well as talk-based sessions.
Our calm and caring 'cocooning' space helps children and young people to reach their true potential.
We work with children and young people to:
foster and grow creativity and curiosity
develop greater resilience and flexible thinking
develop essential relational and life skills
self-regulate, explore emotions and have good mental health
reach goals and positively improve lifelong outcomes
How we provide this
We're a one-stop therapeutic service
We save you time, money and hassle and ensure your peace of mind by covering everything, from start to finish.
From your referral, we organise and complete the initial assessments, run sessions with our resources, arrange and hold all periodic meetings and reviews, complete all reports and feedback final sessions. We know that outcomes are important to you, so we also use a range of child-friendly and standardised outcome measures.

We've partnered with easyfundraising, a free-to-give at no extra cost to you site that has over 7100 shops and brands, from food and clothes shops like Tesco and Matalan, as well as toys, takeaways, travel and hotels, car insurance and many more!

As a not-for-profit all donations go towards session costs for fully-funded and low cost sessions for local families.
