Play Packs - 4 items per pack
We sell a range of carefully selected sensory and regulatory resources... packaged carefully by Cocoon Kids' teeny fairies and elves, at our very own warehouse.
Play Packs contain 4 different items. Contents vary often - but this just adds to the enjoyment and excitement!
They are:
- ideal for home
- ideal for school
- ideal for care organisations
- perfect for children, young people and adults aged 5+
Concerned about the environment? So are we, that's why our cellophane Play Pack outer bag is 100% biodegradable.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We are a not-for-profit organisation. We accept returns within 30 days on faulty or unopened items ONLY.
- For any undamaged and unused product, return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
- In addition, please note the following:
- (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased;
- and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: used products and resources, opened Play Packs;
- and (iii) we are a not-for-profit organisation and keep our fees low. We therefore require you to cover the cost of postage to us and for the exchanged item to be sent to you.
SHIPPING INFO
There is no cost to collect your items from a business, organisation or school that we partner with.
If you are a parent or carer (with a child at this school) or are an employee at a partner school, business or organisation that we work with, you can collect your items for free at this location.
For an additional fee, orders of 30+ items can also be posted directly to you.
Please contact us to discuss this, so that we can let you know the date that your items will be delivered at your venue.

Please note: Contents are NOT suitable for children under 5 years of age.
They are however, great for children over 5, as well as young people and adults... of all ages!
